The Barnstone Overview
- The Barnstone is 2400 sq. feet, 60' × 40' main floor and can accommodate up to 175 guests.
- Located right off of the road with an ample parking lot.
- Wedding, reception or special event can be in the barn, or you may choose outdoor greenspace.
- Many photo opportunities and locations are naturally provided by the rustic beauty of the farm.
- We have 170 white padded chairs, (18) 5 ft rounds and (8) 8 ft rectangles.
- We encourage you to choose your own caterer. Alcohol is permitted.
- No kitchen onsite, but space for set up and electricity is available.
- Linens are not available but you may provide them or rent them from an outside vendor.
- The barn has existing ceiling fans and fresh air ventilation; no central air or heat is provided.
- The Bridal Suite and the Groomsmen Quarter's are air-conditioned and heated to use if needed while you are preparing and celebrating your wedding event.
- New bathrooms were built in 2017. The Men's and Women's bathrooms are conveniently located by the Carriage House.
- Battery operated candles are permitted. No candles or open flames in The Barnstone.
- The barn and restrooms are handicap accessible.
- This is your day… we will work with you to provide a wonderful venue for you and all your guests to experience and remember.
Property Spaces
The Carriage House
Naturally renovated to provide the perfect front door open air venue for your Cocktail and Appetizer reception. This area overlooks the wedding space and welcomes your guests for drinks and snacks immediately after the ceremony. The Carriage House is the perfect bar gathering for the entire evening.
The Bridal Suite
Cozy two room Summerhouse originally built for the farm women to work in the hot summer days. Now serves as the comfy and private Get Ready area for the Bride and her bridesmaids. The building is air-conditioned or heated if needed.
The Groomsmen Quarters
Handsomely renovated, The Groomsmen Quarters is the designated venue for the Groom and his team to dress for the wedding. The building offers plenty of space for the groomsmen to enjoy and relax while preparing for the special day. The Groomsmen Quarters is air-conditioned or heated if needed.
New Bathrooms
The modern bathrooms are the only building on the Barnstone property built new since we opened. The Men & Women bathrooms were added to provide a clean and comfortable space for all of our guests.
